What the Next Week Holds

A fresh western disturbance is expected to affect the western Himalayas from 10 November, which could bring rain or snow to higher reaches and change night temperatures across the plains. Delhi’s pollution story, including the dispute over stubble burning, is covered in IPB’s report on AQI 370 and the stubble fire count, and under the Delhi air pollution tag.
