Delhi-NCR will see mostly clear skies on Monday, 2 November, with a high of 28–29°C and a low of 16–18°C, according to a forecast based on the India Meteorological Department (IMD) outlook. No rain is expected in the capital, and the IMD’s all-India bulletin issued at 5:36 PM on 1 November lists no weather warning for Delhi, Punjab or Haryana. Light rain and shallow fog are forecast elsewhere in north India.
Dry Days Ahead for Delhi-NCR
Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram should also stay dry, with northwesterly winds of 5–10 km/h in the morning that pick up slightly in the afternoon. The seven-day outlook reported by the Daily Jagran keeps the sky mainly clear through 7 November, with highs between 28°C and 29°C and lows of 16–17°C from 3 November. Morning and evening hours will feel cooler than the afternoon, so a light jacket is enough for commuters.
Light Rain in J&K, Himachal and Uttarakhand
The IMD bulletin forecasts isolated to scattered rain over Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh on 1–2 November and again on 5 November. Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand can expect isolated to scattered rain on 1–2 November, and East Uttar Pradesh on the same dates. Shallow to moderate fog is likely at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh on 1 and 2 November, which can slow early-morning road traffic.

No Cold Wave Warning Yet
The bulletin carries no cold wave, thunderstorm or heavy rain warning for north India for 1–5 November. Delhi’s pollution curbs, which came into force on 1 November, are covered in our earlier report, and snowfall in the hills is covered in the 1 November weather story. The IMD updates its forecast every day; the next all-India bulletin is due on the evening of 2 November. More forecasts are on our weather page.
