IPB News (ipbnews.in) is published by India People Blog, an independent Indian media house founded in 2020 by Nilava Saha. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, any political party, government body or corporate group.
Funding
IPB News is funded by India People Blog and may carry advertising, including ads served automatically by Google. Advertisers have no say over what we cover or how. Any sponsored content will be clearly labelled as sponsored and kept separate from our journalism. We do not publish paid news.
Our independence rules
- Editorial decisions are made on journalistic merit alone.
- No advertiser, sponsor, partner or outside interest can request, review, edit, delay or block a story.
- No one receives coverage or favourable treatment because of a commercial relationship with anyone at India People Blog.
- If we report on an organisation with which India People Blog or a member of our team has a commercial or personal relationship, we disclose that relationship in the story.
