YES Bank shares rise over 2% in early trade

Shares of YES Bank traded 2.52 percent up in Wednesday’s trade at 09:43 AM (IST). Around 1129674 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 25.45 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 27.0 and Rs 24.3, respectively.

The private lender said it’s capital raising committee (CRC) of the Board of Directors has approved raising funds by way of a further public offering (FPO). In an exchange filing late on Tuesday, the bank said the meeting of the CRC of the bank is scheduled to be held on or after July 10, to consider and approve the price band and discount, if any.
