INDIA RANK JUMP 5 SPOT IN GLOBAL REAL ESTATE TRANSPARENCY INDEX

India rank improved to 34 from 39 in global real estate transparency index (GRETI).Since 2014 to 2016 there are major of implementations have done like “the real estate regulation and development act 2016″ and” benami transactions prohibition amendment 2016″  “insolvency and bankruptcy code”  “digitization of land records” have brought about greater transparency .The perk up in real estate rank has enthused  global  investor.
