Book lovers universe

Books are our best friends. We have often heard this from a group of people whom we refer to as Bookworms. This Book Lover’s Day, let us celebrate the ways by which we read books. The reading of books is something that reflects our choices and also is an example of our unadorned style. Let us celebrate the way we read and organize our bookshelf by knowing what kind of a reader we are.
1. The Escapist
This is a group of people who read books to escape from the reality. They often reach out for fictional books, choosing to remain oblivious from the real world. Often, they are found zoned out with faraway glances in their eyes, the escapist is very easy to spot.
2. The E-book Reader
These people advocate for e-books in spite of knowing the harmful effects of increased screen time. They make full use of technological advances and read their books on Kindle or on their phones. They will turn their eyes red by staring at the screen but will still carry on. Guess what their favorite birthday gift is? An e-book of course.
3. The Hardcover Loyalist
They will always choose a hardcover over paperback and when asked about their choice, they will say something about long-lasting under their breath. They will never come within a 1-kilometer radius of an e-book reader, though they might do some concession for one reading paperbacks.
4. The Bookmark Obsessed
With every title they pick, they look for a relevant bookmark. They have a greater number of bookmarks than the grey hairs on your mother’s head. When you ask them about a book, they give you free advice on the bookmark as well. By mistake, if you take a bookmark and forget to return it, God Save You!
5. The Book Hoarder
These people have more books in their houses than essential items. They have books of varied authors and genres but have probably not turned a page of any book. Just like stamp-collectors, these people collect books. When asked about a book, they often mumble something that they have read on Google.
6. The Hermione Granger
They read up all the references along with the main book. You might find them with an encyclopedia, a dictionary, and their phone trying to locate the references. They often read up critical essays, theories, and analyses too.
These are basically the types of book readers we usually see around us. Depending on what type of reader you are, you can arrange your bookshelf. You must surely try to change the alignment; it feels great to do so. Keep reading and loving books!
