Why Reveal Names Of Covid-19 patients? It involves Privacy: High Court

The High Court Bombay on Friday sought to know the reason that why should the name of the person who has been tested positive for COVID 19 their name should be disclosed this involves the issue of privacy rights of such patients.

The matter was heard by Justice AA Sayed and MS Karnik the petition was by two persons for seeking disclosure of Covid-19 positive patients to allow contact tracing so that some other person does no get infected.
