White Hat Jr acquired by BYJU’S for $300 M cash deal

According to an announcement on Wednesday late evening, Mumbai based White Hat Jr has been acquired by BYJU’S Learning App for a $300 Million cash deal. White Hat Jr was discovered by Karan Bajaj, former CEO of Discovery Networks India; it teaches students to code, builds commercial ready games, animations and apps using the fundamentals of coding. It has a revenue run rate of $150 million.
