TikTok operations to end in the U.S. within 90 days

On Friday, U.S. President Donald Trump ordered ByteDance to divest interest from TikTok operations within 90 days. He mentioned that he has strong evidence that tells him prolonged TikTok operations can jeopardize the national security of the country. This move adds a lot of pressure for ByteDance to divest TikTok and legally buttresses the Trump administration on the Chinese owned social media app.
