The covid patient died, the family finds out 18 days later

A family of a Covid-19 patient was left devastated after finding out about the patient’s death 18 days after his death.

The patient was admitted to Dhenkanal Covid Hospital on September 29 but he died the other day as his condition was very severe.

The dead body was later shifted to SCB Hospital in Cuttack without informing the patient’s family.

After filing a missing complaint to the police on October 16, the matter fell before the eyes of a medical team who later found out about the patient’s death through the hospital register.

When this news was broken to the family, they were heartbroken and devastated.
