Rising Covid-19 numbers enforces Wales lockdown

Mark Drakeford, the Welsh minister announced an upcoming two weeks lockdown in Wales starting this Friday. The lockdown was confirmed for breaking the transmission cycle in the wake of rising coronavirus cases all across the countries in Europe as well as the UK. The decision was regarded as a “firebreak” by the minister wherein all proposed businesses will remain shut with only critical services being the exception.
