Dealers in India to take legal action against Harley-Davidson

After Harley-Davidson, the iconic American motorcycle brand discontinued its sales and manufacturing operations in India effectively abandoning the market as part of a broader restructuring plan, dealers in India consider legal action against the company seeking compensation for their losses.

They have hired leading Indian law firm AZB & Partners to review their paperwork with Harley-Davidson and suggest if there is a legal remedy according to reports.
