A man in Mumbai who had bought a phone for his grandmother. He didn’t get the package delivered to him for days. So, what would you do if you were in place of him?
Well, we don’t know of you, but this man emailed to the AMAZON CEO JEFF BEZOS of his problem. Now, what do you expect is supposed to happen to that?
Let me give a few hints, The CEO of Amazon gets loads and thousands of emails each and every day! Is it not obvious that this man’s email will be ignored?
Well, here comes Jeff Bezos there to amaze you and solve all your problems. Not only did he noticed the mail but also made sure that the man received his phone.
The customer later says, “Amazon is a completely processed-based company. If a customer’s case is genuine, they will refund or redeliver the product. I am very happy with the customer service and Amazon has successfully retained me as a customer.”
