CBI investigation petition in the context of Sushant’s death

The CBI probe could not be recommended, as Sushant’s father had lodged an FIR with the Bihar police, but now Sushant’s father has also agreed to the CBI probe and Nitish Kumar Sarkar has recommended a CBI probe.  Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Pandey opposed it.

Even the Mumbai police said that it was completely out of the jurisdiction of the Bihar police because the Mumbai police had been investigating the case for so long, and why would the Bihar police investigate the incident in Mumbai?
