Amazon & Reliance- Future Group at Loggerheads

The Future Group is burdened with another hurdle of a legal notice directed by Amazon over its deal with Mukesh Ambani headed Reliance Industries.

Amazon owns a 49% stake for Future Coupons Ltd, a promotional entity that has an interest of 7.3% in Future Retail which further violates the contracts held by Amazon.
