Agra: Poor father was not able to pay the delivery fees

From Agra’s Uttar Pradesh one incident came in front which shamed humanity. The doctor sold the newborn baby boy after snatching him away from his mother. The bill was of rupees 30,000 and he made them give their thumb impressions on a paper. The health department had sealed the hospital.
