Accused man shot in his legs by UP cops

Dalpat accused for raping a 6 year old girl in Hapur UP, was shot in his legs as he snatched the gun and tried to run from the investigation spot. On last Thursday he kidnapped the girl from outside her home after which the parents reported her missing.

Next morning the police found her unconsious  and in blood near to her village. The girl went through a surgery and is stable but not out of danger and the doctors confirmed that she was raped. Thought the accused tried to misguide the cops by leaving some clothes and suicides note next to a river yesterday. But now he is in hospital after the shot.
