Advocate Mukul filed a petition against subtraction of salary of private teachers

Advocate Mukul Sharma filed a petition in Delhi High court against the private schools for deducting the teachers and another staff salary, in this ongoing pandemic situation. In his plea he mentioned the direction, to take appropriate action against the school and ask them to provide full salary and even he plea to clear all the dues of the teaching and non- teaching staff.

Though the next hearing would likely be next week, in which Mr. Sharma has to come up. And if his request is accepted then it would be a relief to the teachers and other working staff.
