Kerala nun rape case posted for 16th September

On August 13, the Kottayam additional district sessions court judge on Friday read out the charges under the various section of the IPC. Against the ex-Bishop of Jalandhar Franco Mulakkal in a nun rape case, Mulakkal raped repeatedly and assaulted her sexually at Kuravilangan Convent between 2014 and 2016.

Though Mulakkal was granted bail last week on the conditions that he has to be present on the dates of hearing. The cases are posted for 16th September for the victim’s examination.
